Shipping Information
Currently, Matrix Mat offers shipping from one of two carriers: United States Post Office or UPS. Both methods are available at checkout. All pricing is as charged by the carrier; Matrix Mat does not charge any type of shipping or handling fees, so rest assured these are live quotes from the carrier. Matrix Mat is happy to pass along to you any savings we are offered by the carriers.
All purchased items will be shipped within a maximum of 48 hours – two business days. If you desire expedited or special shipping requirements, please contact us here, or at support@matrixmat.com. We will contact you immediately regarding any unforeseen shipping delays within our control.
Product Liability Disclaimer
Matrix Mat offers its products with the terms, conditions and notices as follows:
Exclusive Obligation
This product may not be used for unlawful purposes and that use is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of its use.
Use Limitation
This product and its unique system design is protected under a United States Patent. You may not modify, copy or reproduce this product. This product is designed for yoga or similar types of exercise. The product is not intended for any other use. Such other use restricts the users liability claims against Matrix Mat.
Warranty
This product is warranted against any defective material or workmanship for a period of one week from date of delivery. Please inspect product as soon as possible. Any product determined by the manufacturer to be defective will be replaced in whole or part as determined by the manufacturer, but no labor costs or other claims for damages will be allowed. Products shall not be returned to Matrix Mat without prior written authorization. In lieu of a return and subject to the sole discretion of Matrix Mat, Matrix Mat may conduct its own investigation into the customers claim, including but not limited to a written statement or other documentation from the customer, associated photographs, and a damaged shipping claim with the shipping carrier. Customer may be required to wait pending these investigation results before Matrix Mat offers a return authorization.
Returns
In no event shall a return authorization be issued after 2 weeks of delivery date.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Matrix Mat be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products. Matrix Mats does not manufacture the products, and customer is assumed to have some general knowledge as to the products purchased from this site, including all information disseminated on this website.
Other Statements
Matrix Mat employees or representatives, ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by the buyer, and is not part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
Entire Obligation
The TERM OF USE, WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER document states the entire obligation of Matrix Mat with respect to the products. If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
General
This disclaimer statement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of competent jurisdiction, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this product. Use of this product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Matrix Mat reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which their products are offered.
